A: The average whole-bathroom remodel takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on size, customization desires, plumbing needs, and materials. Summit Renovations has performed many bathroom renovations, often completing a standard cosmetic refresh in 1 to 2 weeks. 
Q: How long does it take to build a new deck in Overland Park?
A: A standard 12' X 12' deck usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to build after demolition of an old deck (if needed). Larger, more complex deck builds take 2 to 4 weeks, weather permitting. Summit Renovations repairs or builds 50 to 60 decks each year. Deck building is our specialty!

New flooring and trim to cabinets and custom "feature" walls... Summit Renovations' crews handle everything from structural modifications to the smallest of details to ensure your satisfaction.

A: Yes! Renovation projects -- and their costs -- can vary greatly. That's why Summit Renovations offers free, in-home consultations to discuss the details of your project in person. We will create a customized estimate for materials and labor, and propose a start date that works best for you. 
Q: How many projects does Summit Renovations complete per year?
A: We complete more than 100 projects per year including 50 to 60 new decks and deck repair projects.
