Deck Builds
Summit Renovations completes between 50-60 deck builds each year. We work in all areas of Kansas City and use only the top resources for our materials. Kansas City Deck Supply has been an integral part of our success as they provide only visible number one grade materials to the customer's doorstep.
Deck Repairs
As mentioned previously, the harsh weather conditions in our region wreak havoc on wood, the constant expansion and contraction develops cracks which in turn lead to stain failure and water retention in boards causing wood rot. We are fully up to date on all codes.
Deck Staining
Summit Renovations provides pressure washing and staining services to all types of decks and wood surfaces.
Basement Finish
Depending upon your selected level of finish, most basement finish projects can be completed by our team in an eight week time period. We are very comfortable completing this type of project. References can be provided.
Wood Rot Repairs
Working most on the outside of the home, we are often asked to do common wood rot repairs to areas of siding, window trim, decorative custom trim piece, etc. These types of repairs are usually handled on a time and material basis.
Bathroom Remodeling
Most bathroom remodeling projects take between a week and half, to 3 weeks depending upon the size and level of finish. All of our crews are adept at plumbing, electrical, tiling, as well as drywall. This helps us to keep costs down and your project on track for completion. References can be provided.
